CSB in City Hall Now Open
The Customer Service Bureau kiosk in City Hall is now open! Hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
For the health and safety of staff and members of the public, all visitors to City facilities, including City Hall, must wear a face covering while inside. If you need a face covering, one will be provided to you upon entry.

Payments for Seattle City Light and Seattle Public Utilities can be made:
- Online at seattle.gov/light/paymybill
- Or, by mailing or dropping a check or money order to drop boxes at the City's Customer Service Centers outside of downtown Seattle. Locations can be found at www.seattle.gov/customer-service-centers
Money orders are available free of charge at any Wells Fargo branch in Seattle city limits. Include the following information with your check or money order when depositing it at a drop box location:
- Your name and contact information, so we can reach you if there are questions.
- The bill or invoice you received OR
- The account number or invoice number you are paying.
- If you do not have an account number or invoice number, please provide the department contact, name and/or phone you are working with.
