The SEEC is an independent City Commission that administers and enforces the Ethics, Elections, Lobbying, and Whistleblower codes.

The Commission section of our site includes our Administrative Rules and Procedures, the agendas and minutes of our public meetings, and notices of recent Commission Actions.

Videos of most meetings after May 2008 are on line at the Seattle Channel.

People doing business in Seattle should be familiar with provisions of the Ethics Code and the Lobbying regulations.

The navigation bars above will take you to more information about each of these codes. If you have any questions, please contact us.
