Homeownership

The Office of Housing (OH) supports low-income households to achieve the dream of homeownership - and to retain their homes once purchased - in a variety of ways. OH funds down payment assistance loans, foreclosure prevention loans and development loans for the creation of resale-restricted affordable ownership homes in partnership with local non-profit program administrators and affordable homeownership developers.

If you are a low-income homebuyer, please contact one of our partner homeownership organizations and learn whether you are eligible here. If you are a housing developer or program administrator, please see any open requests for proposals or notice of funding available below. You can also sign up for the Office of Housing News email list to learn of new opportunities when they become available.
