Storefront Repair Fund Application

Applicants are encouraged to review the eligibility, required documentation, selection process and additional information available on the main Storefront Repair Fund website before applying.

The application must be submitted online in English. Bilingual staff are available to help you complete your application and you can preview the application questions below. To request translation or interpretation services, please call (206) 684-8090.

To apply for the Storefront Repair Fund, you can enter your business name, address, Unified Business Identifier (UBI) number or City Business License number into the application portal below. Once the page refreshes, this database will automatically fill sections of the application. 

What you need to know before applying:

  • You cannot save your information and return later.
  • Be prepared to complete the application in one sitting (takes about 20-30 minutes). Please prepare business information and financial information before starting.
  • You may use the Storefront Repair Fund Application Questions to view the questions in advance.

Note: If your City Business License number (City Customer Number) does not show up after refreshing the page or if you receive an error message, there is chance that your business is not in compliance. Please visit the Find a Business search tool to look for your City Business License number and immediately email to check the tax status of your business.
