About
Operational hours are reduced effective 1/9/23.
Located in the heart of the historic Lake City neighborhood, Lake City Community Center is a place for activities for community members ranging from toddlers to seniors. While the building has been serving the community since 1944, Lake City became an official part of Seattle Parks and Recreation in January 2018. The center is open 25 hours a week.
The large multipurpose room with beautiful wood floors is the centerpiece of the facility and is accented by several smaller rooms. The building is conveniently located between the library and fire department and has a playground and field located to the west of the building.
Tot gyms are perfect for rainy days with your toddler ! They offer a variety of toys - ballls, trikes, and more - and a large space to play in. Every Tuesday from 9:30 am - 12:30 pm.
Lake City Community Center is one of the 26 community centers operated by Seattle Parks and Recreation. Located in the heart of Lake City's commercial core, the community center forms a hub with the Lake City Library branch and Albert Davis Park.
