Located at the base of Capitol Hill on the Pike-Pine corridor, Plymouth Pillars Park features a close-up panoramic view of urban center of Seattle. The newly renovated park features a dog off-leash area, benches, a pedestrian corridor and public art.
The park's four pillars are a gift from nearby Plymouth Church (6th Ave. & University St.). Built in 1911, the church sustained major earthquake damage in 1965 and was rebuilt in the same location—minus pillars.

Plymouth Pillars off-leash area is located just east of downtown. It is about .2 acres with a long, narrow design, and with a scenic view of downtown. The surface is crushed rock, and it has a unique human/dog drinking fountain inside the dog park.
