For Pool Playland Swim Times: All young children must meet both 6 years of age AND 4 feet tall to be unaccompanied by an adult in the water within arm's reach at all times.

Adult and Senior Swim
(18 and up)    

Mon - Sat

12:00 - 1:30pm Recreational lap swim period for adults 18 years and older. Open area for water walking or exercise and 3 Lap Lanes.  
Guided Deep Water Exercise


11:10 - 11:55am  This class uses specially designed buoyancy and resistance equipment that provides a demanding workout for the whole body. Tone and strengthen without impact on your joints, recover from injury, and increase endurance. Great music keeps you working hard!   
Saturdays 9:40- 10:25am
Guided Shallow Water Exercise   Tue/Thu 11:10 - 11:55am  Designed to build strength, flexibility, and cardio fitness, this class takes advantage of your buoyancy in the water and the resistance the water creates. A terrific exercise program regardless of age or fitness abilities. Exercise at your own comfort level.
On Your Own Water Exercise 
Deep or Shallow  
Fridays 11:10 - 11:55am  Work on strength, balance and flexibility at your own pace with this open time to connect or re-connect with water fitness.

Saturday 7-9:30am 2 Fast Lanes, 2 Medium Lanes and 1 Double-Wide Easy Lane
Saturday 3-4:30pm 2 Fast Lanes, 2 Medium Lanes and 1 Double-Wide Easy Lane
Pool Playland     A recreational swim for swimmers of all ages. Children under 6, and those who do not meet our min. height requirement of 4 feet, must be accompanied in the water by an adult 18 years or older.  


1:30-3:00pm Full Pool
Tue/Thu 6-7:30pm Half Pool/ Limited deep end use, alternates use with divingboard use
Fridays  9:45-10:45am Full Pool
Aqua Gym   Mon/Wed/Fri 5:30- 7:30pm Up to 3-4 lap lanes provided for Easy, Medium and Fast swimmers with the rest of the pool open for other water fitness or practice. We provide music and a variety of resistance and floatation equipment - including the Aquarius Workout Station - which lets you do pull-ups, push-ups, sit-ups and the water! Until we have enough instructors to bring back "evening" water exercise this is a great option.
