Picnic Shelter and Table Reservations

We have begun accepting applications for the 2024 picnic season!!

Please note: we use a lottery system for applications received until February 29, in which applications are processed in random order. Customers will be notified beginning March 1 about the status of their application.

(Requests for January through March 2024 can be submitted now and are processed on a first come, first served basis.)

Please read these five things first:

  1. Phone calls will have a delayed response. Please submit your application online for faster response

  2. Submit applications as far in advance as possible

  3. Processing your application takes at least 8-10 business days

  4. When applying, use all 6 space options on the application. This creates the best chance of securing a picnic site.

  5. We have applications in seven new languages including: Spanish, Vietnamese, Filipino, Chinese, Korean, Amharic and Somali, see applications below.
